What a shirt costs
Three tiers, two add-ons, and no surprises at the end. Read the note at the top of the table before you plan a budget around any of it.

How the pricing is structured
Per-shirt cost drops as the run gets bigger, for the ordinary reason: setup is a fixed cost and a run of forty shirts spreads it over forty shirts. Everything else, the design generation and the print-ready file, is included at every tier.
There is no design fee. Generating designs is free, and it stays free whether you order at the end or not. We would rather you found out here that the design is not right than found out after paying for it.
What is included at every tier
- Design generation, including every round of edits you need to get it right.
- A print-ready file at the correct resolution and margins for your placement.
- The file kept on your order, so a rerun next year matches this year.
- A human review of the design before a group run goes to print, if you ask for one.
What costs extra
Two things, both optional, both listed in the table above with their own placeholder tokens. Individual names on the back are priced per shirt because they are printed per shirt. Priority production moves you up the print queue; it does not change carrier transit time and we will not pretend otherwise.
Getting a real number today
If you need a figure you can take to a group treasurer before the table above is final, email us with the quantity, the rough size split, the garment color, and the date you need them by. You will get a written quote and we will hold it.
Questions
Why are the prices on this page placeholders?
Because garment and printing costs are still being finalised and we would rather show a visible placeholder than a number we might have to change. Email us for a written quote in the meantime.
Do I pay for designs I do not order?
No. Generating a design costs you nothing. You pay when you place an order for physical shirts.
Is there a minimum order?
You can order a single shirt. The per-shirt cost is highest there, which is the trade you make for not committing to a run.
How does payment work?
Card payment through Stripe at checkout. For a group order billed to an organization, email us and we will arrange a single invoice instead.
